How do I use the Outstanding Compliance Tasks screen?
Navigate to My School > d6 Initiatives > Compliance > Compliance: Outstanding Compliance Tasks to view a complete list of all tasks that must be resolved before the SA-SAMS export can be completed. Click on a task to navigate directly to the relevant screen where it can be resolved.
Frequently asked questions
What does the order of the tasks mean?
Tasks are ranked in priority order from top to bottom. Tasks at the top of the list must be resolved first as they have the greatest potential to block the export process.
Why does a task not disappear from the list after I have resolved it?
Refresh the page after making changes. The system updates the list on the next load. If the task still appears, the required data may not yet have been fully captured in the system.
When should I check this screen?
Check this screen before each quarterly or annual SA-SAMS export to ensure that all required data is correct and complete before the export process begins.
