How do cashless payments and the Pay Now button work?

This article explains how the cashless payment integration works in Fease, enabling parents to pay outstanding fees directly from their statement via the Pay Now button.

Fease > Configuration > Settings > Cashless Integration

How does the cashless payment process work?

  1. A parent receives an automated email reminder with a statement attached.

  2. The statement includes a Pay Now button.

  3. Clicking the button takes the parent to a secure payment page where they can pay online.

  4. Once payment is completed, it is recorded in Fease and synced back to d6+ Plus Finance.

How do I enable the Pay Now button?

Navigate to Configuration > Settings > Cashless Integration and enable it. If this setting is not enabled, the Pay Now button will not appear on statements.

Where can I track cashless payments?

  • Dashboard: The Cashless Payments section shows payments with status Paid (completed) or Expired (abandoned).

  • Payments Report: Under Reports > Payments Report for detailed transaction history of cashless payments only.

Expired means the parent started the payment process by clicking Pay Now but did not complete it. The session timed out or was abandoned.
