What do I see when I first open Fease?

When you first access the Fease dashboard, three setup blocks guide you through initial configuration:

1. General Setup — Controls automation behaviour, thresholds, and statement settings.

2. School Setup — School logo, contact details, and website (synced from d6+ Plus Finance).

3. Workflow Review — Configure your follow-up communication sequences.

Once all three blocks are completed, they disappear from the dashboard.

How do I access settings after initial setup?

All configuration settings remain accessible at any time. Navigate to Configuration in the top menu, then select the area you need: Settings, Workflows, School Details, or System Users.
