Navigate to Workflows from the top menu.
Open the relevant workflow.
Find the Section 41 action and click on it to view details.
Locate the specific account and click to view the delivery certificate.
Download the certificate as a PDF.
The certificate confirms that the registered letter was sent to the specified recipient at their recorded address. It includes the date of dispatch and tracking information.
