How do I fix missing contact information in Fease?

How do I identify accounts with missing contacts?

  • Dashboard: The Missing Contact Information metric at the top shows how many accounts have incomplete details.

  • Workflow scheduling: When you use Schedule All, any accounts with missing contacts will be flagged and excluded. A "View" link shows which accounts are affected.

What counts as missing contact information?

  • Email actions: Require a valid email address for the recipient.

  • SMS actions: Require a valid mobile number.

  • Letter of Demand / Section 41: Require a valid physical address.

How do I fix missing contacts?

Contact information is managed in d6+ Plus Finance, not in Fease:

  1. Open d6+ Plus Finance.

  2. Navigate to the learner or account record.

  3. Add or correct the email address, phone number, or physical address.

  4. Return to Fease and trigger a sync via Sync Now.

Once synced, the account will be eligible for workflow actions.

Why can I not edit contact details directly in Fease?

Contact information is managed centrally in d6+ Plus Finance to ensure consistency. Fease syncs this data but does not allow direct editing.

Will fixing the contact in d6+ Plus Finance update Fease immediately?

Not immediately. After updating contacts in d6+ Plus Finance, trigger a manual sync in Fease via Sync Now to pull the updated data.

What happens to workflow actions for accounts with missing contacts?

Those actions will be excluded from scheduling. Once the contact details are added and synced, the actions will become eligible for the next scheduling run.
