This article explains how to view the success percentage of each workflow action in Fease and understand what counts as a successful outcome. It helps you assess whether your communication strategies are effective.
Fease > Workflows
Where do I find workflow success rates?
Navigate to the Workflows tab. Each follow-up action within a workflow displays a Success % metric alongside its other details.
How is success calculated?
The success percentage indicates how many completed actions resulted in a payment being received. A payment must be made within 15 days of the communication being sent to count as a positive outcome for that specific workflow action.
How should I use this data?
Compare action types: Check whether email, SMS, or letter actions perform better for your school.
Identify weak steps: If a workflow step shows low success, consider adjusting its timing, changing the template, or adding an additional reminder before escalating.
Validate early communication: High success on friendly reminders and low success on later steps may indicate that early communication is already doing the heavy lifting.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as a successful outcome for a workflow action?
A payment received within 15 days of the communication being sent. Payments made after 15 days are not attributed to that specific action.
Why is my success rate low even though parents are paying?
If payments are made more than 15 days after the communication, they will not count towards the success metric for that action. Check whether your timing between actions allows enough response time.
Can I see success rates for individual accounts?
Success rates are shown per workflow action, not per individual account. To see communication outcomes for a specific account, open the account detail view and check the communication history.
