How do I run and schedule workflows?

How do I run and schedule workflows?

This article explains how to manually run workflows, use the Schedule All function, and understand the difference between automatic and manual workflow execution in Fease.

Fease > Workflows

How do I schedule all workflow actions at once?

From the workflow details page, click Schedule All. This will:

  1. Display a summary of all actions to be scheduled and any estimated costs (e.g., Letter of Demand at R29, Section 41 at R49).

  2. After reviewing, confirm to schedule. The Scheduled count for each action will update.

What is the difference between automatic and manual execution?

  • Automatic workflows: Actions are dispatched at the configured follow-up time without manual intervention.

  • Manual workflows: Certain actions (especially legal letters) may require you to manually initiate them. You can run specific workflow steps separately as needed.

What happens if accounts have missing contact details?

If some accounts have missing contact details, the workflow will flag them. A "View" link will direct you to d6+ Plus Finance to update the information. Actions cannot be scheduled for accounts without the required contact details.

Frequently asked questions

Will I see the cost before actions are sent?

Yes. When you click Schedule All, a summary shows the estimated cost for paid actions (Letters of Demand and Section 41 letters) before you confirm.

Can I run just one specific action instead of the whole workflow?

Yes. You can run individual workflow steps separately from the workflow details page without scheduling all actions at once.

How do I fix accounts flagged for missing contacts?

Update the missing email address, phone number, or physical address in d6+ Plus Finance, then trigger a sync in Fease via Sync Now.
