Fease > Reports
What does the Account Activity Report show?
Access via Reports > Account Activity Report. This report shows what actions debtors took after receiving communications:
Email opened: Whether the parent opened the email.
Statement viewed: Whether they viewed the attached statement.
Payment link clicked: Whether they clicked the Pay Now button.
Payment made: Whether a payment was completed.
This data helps identify accounts that are ignoring communications versus those that engage but do not pay.
