This report lists all past and future scheduled actions, including:
Action type: Email, SMS, Letter of Demand, or Section 41.
Execution date: When the action was sent or is scheduled.
Account: Which debtor account it was sent to.
Delivery status: Sent, delivered, or failed.
Filter by date range, action type, or workflow to see specific communications. This report is useful for verifying that the right actions were sent at the right time, and for identifying any failed deliveries that need attention.
Yes. The Actions Report shows both completed past actions and actions that are scheduled for future execution.
Look for actions with a "Failed" delivery status. These typically indicate missing or invalid contact details for the recipient.
Yes. Use the filter options to narrow results by workflow, action type, date range, or specific accounts.
