What does the Age Analysis Report show?

  • Age brackets: Outstanding balances broken down by 0–30 days, 31–60 days, 60–90 days, 90–120 days, 120–180 days, and 180+ days.

  • Category breakdown: Outstanding amounts by fee type (school fees, registration fees, bus fees, etc.).

  • Learner and account detail: Drill down to individual learner and account level.

  • Historical activity: Account activity trends for analysis over time.

How do I use this report?

Use it to identify which age brackets hold the most debt and prioritise collection efforts accordingly. The category breakdown helps you understand which fee types are most commonly unpaid. Export the data for board reports or financial meetings.
