This article explains how to use the Financial Metric Report, User Activity Report, and Notes Report in Fease for high-level financial insight and system audit purposes.
Fease > Reports
Access via Reports > Financial Metric Report. This report shows the debtor days metric — the average number of days it takes debtors to pay their accounts. Use it to track whether your collection efforts are improving payment speed over time.
Access via Reports > User Activity Report. This is an audit log of everything admin users have done in the system: configuration changes, manually triggered workflow actions, notes added to accounts, and users added or removed. Useful for accountability and compliance audits.
Access via Reports > Notes Report. Lists all notes recorded against accounts across the system. Useful for reviewing communication history before parent meetings or debt collection handovers.
Debtor days is a financial metric showing the average number of days it takes for debtors to pay their outstanding accounts. A lower number indicates faster payment collection.
The User Activity Report is available to administrators. It functions as a full audit log of all actions taken by system users.
Yes. The Notes Report lists all notes recorded across the entire system, not just individual accounts. Use it to search for specific conversations or arrangements.
