What does the Transactions Report show?

  • Payments received: All money received against debtor accounts.

  • Debit order status: Successful debit order collections and their amounts.

  • Debit order bounces: Failed payment collections that need follow-up.

  • Journal entries: Write-offs, handovers to collections, and other adjustments.

How do I use this report?

Filter by date range, transaction type, or account to analyse financial activity. This report is particularly useful for tracking debit order bounce rates and reconciling payments received against outstanding balances.

Does this report include cashless payments?

The Transactions Report covers all financial transactions including EFT and debit orders. For cashless-specific payments (Pay Now button), use the Payments Report.

How do I identify debit order bounces?

Filter by transaction type to see failed debit order collections. These accounts may need manual follow-up or a change in payment method.

Where does the transaction data come from?

All transaction data is synced from d6+ Plus Finance. Ensure data is up to date by checking the last sync time via Sync Now.
