This article explains what information is available when you open an individual debtor account in Fease, and what actions you can take such as adding notes, recording promises to pay, and pausing follow-ups.

Account summary: Outstanding balance, age of debt, current workflow step, and contact details.
Transaction history: All debits, credits, and payments — synced from d6+ Plus Finance.
Communication history: Every email, SMS, and letter sent, including delivery status (delivered, opened, bounced).
Notes: All notes recorded against this account. Notes sync with d6+ Plus Finance.
Add a note: Record information about parent conversations or arrangements. Notes can be scheduled for follow-up.
Record a promise to pay: Log when a parent commits to paying by a specific date. Promise-to-pays are managed and completed in d6+ Plus Finance.
Pause follow-ups: Temporarily stop automated workflow actions for this account (useful for accounts with exemptions or active arrangements).
View statement: See the full statement as it would appear to the parent, including the payment link if cashless integration is enabled.
Yes. Notes sync between Fease and d6+ Plus Finance, so any note you add in either system will be visible in both.
Open the account detail view and update the workflow status from Paused to Active. The account will then resume receiving workflow actions as scheduled.
Yes. The communication history on the account detail view shows delivery status for each communication, including whether the email was delivered, opened, or bounced.
