This article explains how to browse, filter, and search debtor accounts in Fease. It covers the accounts list, available filters, and how to navigate to individual account details.
Fease > Debtors > Accounts
The accounts list displays all debtor accounts with key information at a glance: account holder name, outstanding balance, age of debt, current workflow step, and contact status.
By balance: Show only accounts above or below a specific amount.
By age bracket: Filter by how long the debt has been outstanding (0–30, 31–60, 60–90, 90+ days).
By workflow status: See which step accounts are currently at in their workflow.
By contact status: Identify accounts with missing email addresses or phone numbers.
At the top of the Accounts page, summary metrics show the total number of accounts, total outstanding balance, and number of accounts with missing contact information. These figures update based on your active filters.
Click on any account in the list to open its full detail view, where you can see transaction history, take manual actions, and add notes.
Fease provides reports under the Reports section for exporting account data. Use the Age Analysis Report or Actions Report for detailed exports.
Check your active filters. The balance threshold setting in Configuration > Settings may also hide accounts below a specified amount from the dashboard and list views.
