How do I view and filter debtor accounts?

What does the accounts list show?

The accounts list displays all debtor accounts with key information at a glance: account holder name, outstanding balance, age of debt, current workflow step, and contact status.

How do I filter accounts?

  • By balance: Show only accounts above or below a specific amount.

  • By age bracket: Filter by how long the debt has been outstanding (0–30, 31–60, 60–90, 90+ days).

  • By workflow status: See which step accounts are currently at in their workflow.

  • By contact status: Identify accounts with missing email addresses or phone numbers.

What summary metrics are shown at the top?

At the top of the Accounts page, summary metrics show the total number of accounts, total outstanding balance, and number of accounts with missing contact information. These figures update based on your active filters.

How do I open an individual account?

Click on any account in the list to open its full detail view, where you can see transaction history, take manual actions, and add notes.

Can I export the filtered accounts list?

Fease provides reports under the Reports section for exporting account data. Use the Age Analysis Report or Actions Report for detailed exports.

Why are some accounts not showing in my list?

Check your active filters. The balance threshold setting in Configuration > Settings may also hide accounts below a specified amount from the dashboard and list views.
