How to generate a Birthday List
The Birthdays function generates a list of learner and/or staff birthdays as a PDF report.
Reports > Reports > Learners > Learner Reports: Birthdays
Best practice: Ensure that all learner and/or staff birth dates or ID numbers are fully captured so the system can extract accurate data.
How do I generate a birthday list?
Select the period within which the birthdays must fall.
Select the register classes on the left and allocate them using the >> arrows.
Choose whether staff birthdays must also be included.
Click View to generate the PDF report.

The list is generated in chronological order by birthday date.
