How to generate a Waiting Lists report

The Waiting Lists report displays information about learners enrolled for the next year as well as learners whose re-registrations have already been indicated.

Reports > Learners > Learner Reports: Waiting Lists

  • Best practice: Complete the re-registration process before generating this report. This ensures that preliminary figures for the following year are included.

How do I generate a Waiting Lists report?

  1. Choose the report type from the drop-down: Full waiting list, Per grade, or With additional information.

  2. Choose whether re-registrations should be included and whether current re-registrations should be highlighted.

  3. Select the year.

  4. Choose to arrange by Registration date or Alphabetical.

  5. Select the required grades from the left column and click the right arrow to allocate them.

  6. If With additional information was selected, additional fields open. Choose Learner information or Parent information, and the layout orientation (portrait/landscape) and column header height.

  7. For Learner information: choose to show nicknames, full names, or both, and select at least one information item using the right arrow.

  8. For Parent information: choose to show telephone numbers or addresses, and select at least one information item and move them to the right.

  9. Select Yes or No to print own column headers.

  10. Select the register class(es) using the right pointing arrow.

  11. Click Preview to generate the report as a PDF.

Why should I complete re-registrations before running this report?

Re-registrations determine which current learners are returning and which are leaving. Completing this step first ensures that the waiting list report includes accurate preliminary enrolment figures for the following year.

Can I print parent contact details on the waiting list?

Yes. Select With additional information and then choose Parent information. You can include telephone numbers or addresses as columns on the report.
