The School Management Portal has a separate report for most learner lists a school needs. This article helps you find the right report quickly, whether you need a class list with parent contact details, all learners in a grade, learners admitted in a certain year or learners with many absences. It is for admin staff and educators who print or export learner lists.
Reports > Learners
Use AI Assist. Type a short prompt describing the list you need, for example "List all learners admitted in 2024 with their ID numbers", "Show learners absent for more than 10 days this term" or "List learners who do not have a profile photo", and AI Assist compiles the report for you. This works for all the lists in this article.
If your school does not have AI Assist yet, ask your Account Executive about it.
Find the list you need in the left column, then open the report in the right column.
