Categories

Categories are used to group violation and recognition reasons into groups or levels. A default set of categories is provided when you start using the system. You can create, edit, or delete your own categories. Ensure that the Discipline Head and Accumulated Totals are set up by the System Administrator before proceeding.

My School > Code of Conduct > Categories

Frequently asked questions

Can I create more or fewer than 3 levels?

Yes. You can create as many levels as needed — the system places no limit on the number of categories.

Do violations and recognitions cancel each other out?

No. Violations and recognitions do not automatically cancel each other out. Both are recorded separately on the learner's record.
