This article explains how to set up your school's emblem, report background and the principal's signature. Users with “View and Edit” rights for School Administration or Report Template will have access to this option.

Edit School Emblems
These items can be imported in *.jpg or *.png format.
Upload school emblem
This emblem will be printed on all reports such as class lists, statements, schedules and report cards where the standard letterhead is selected on the report template.
Upload pre-primary emblem
This emblem will be printed on the Pre-Primary report (grades RRRR-R) where the standard letterhead is selected on the report template.
Upload report background
If you prefer your own report background, import an A4-size background saved as a *.jpg or *.png image. To use this background, select “Digital letterhead” on the report template.
Only *.png format can be imported.
School Emblem Settings
This function allows you to change the emblem size by adjusting the pixel width and height of the logo, as well as the X and Y offset. The default settings are almost always correct and this section will rarely need to be changed.
Principal Signature
Only one signature can be stored on the system at a time.
The signature must be in *.png format.
If the signature appears too large, save it with a little extra white space on the left and right.

Which formats are supported for the emblem?
The school emblem and report background can be uploaded in *.jpg or *.png format. Sponsor advertisements and the principal's signature must be in *.png format.
Can I use different signatures for different phases?
Only one signature can be stored on the system. You will need to import a different signature before printing reports for another phase.
