Generate a staff personnel list

This article explains how to generate a personnel list for staff members. The list can include selected information such as email addresses, residential or postal addresses, ID numbers, classroom numbers, or appointment details.

How to generate a personnel list

  1. Choose to show personnel paid by either Any institution, the Department of Education, or the Governing Body.

  2. Select which information to show on the list.

  3. Choose whether to print every category on a separate page.

  4. Choose whether to print personnel under main categories only.

  5. Select the categories on the left-hand side and click the right arrow to allocate them.

  6. Click the Preview button to generate the list.
