Staff Absentees

This report allows you to generate a staff absenteeism report for any date range. The report uses learner term dates to count days and can be displayed per term or for the full year.

Reports > Reports: Staff > Staff: Absentees

How to generate a Staff Absentees report

  1. Under Absentees for, select Staff (Current) or Staff (Left).

  2. In For personnel paid by, choose Any Institution, Department of Education, or Governing Body.

  3. Select staff members or categories by moving them from the left column to the right.

  4. Set the From and To date range.

  5. Click Preview. The report opens as a PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Can I report on staff who have already left?

Yes. Select Staff (Left) from the drop-down.

Can I select more than one staff member or category?

Yes. Click multiple entries in the left column and move them to the right.
