This report allows you to generate a staff absenteeism report for any date range. The report uses learner term dates to count days and can be displayed per term or for the full year.
Reports > Reports: Staff > Staff: Absentees
Under Absentees for, select Staff (Current) or Staff (Left).
In For personnel paid by, choose Any Institution, Department of Education, or Governing Body.
Select staff members or categories by moving them from the left column to the right.
Set the From and To date range.
Click Preview. The report opens as a PDF.
Yes. Select Staff (Left) from the drop-down.
Yes. Click multiple entries in the left column and move them to the right.
