Generate an imported assets report
This article explains how to generate a report of imported assets in d6+. You can filter by grouping, owner, location, status, and date range to view specific asset records.
My School > System > Assets > Reports > Imported Assets
How do I generate an imported assets report?
Select the relevant grouping, owner, location, and status.
To view items imported within a specific period, indicate the date range. If left blank, all items will be displayed.
Click Generate report to produce the report.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I leave the date range blank?
If no date range is specified, the report will display all imported assets regardless of when they were imported into the system.
Can I filter the report by a specific owner or location?
Yes. Use the owner and location filters to narrow the report to assets assigned to a specific person or stored in a specific location.
What grouping options are available?
The available grouping options allow you to organise assets by category or other classifications configured in your system. Select the relevant grouping before generating the report.
