How to capture Learner Leave
The Learner Leave function captures planned absences such as sports tours, trips or extended family leave before they occur, so the system does not mark the learner as absent without a reason.
My School > People > Learners > Attendance: Learner Leave
How do I capture learner leave?
- Click Add Leave.
- Select the learner.
- Enter the from and to dates and the reason for leave.
- Click Save.
