How to manage Debtor Accounts
The Debtor Accounts function allows you to create and manage accounts for school debtors, collectors and other debtors. It facilitates all debtor transactions including journals, adjustments, handovers and receipts.
Finance > Debtors > Accounts
How do I create a collector account?
- Click Create a debtor account.
- Select Type: Collector.
- Choose whether it is a new, existing or d6 collection partner.
- Complete all contact details.
- Select the General Ledger Control Account.
- Click Add.
How do I create an other debtor account?
- Click Create a debtor account and select Type: Other Debtor.
- Complete all contact details.
- Select the Accounts Receivable control account.
- Click Add.
