Learning Programmes form the foundational framework for the academic year. They define the curriculum, grading scales, and promotion logic for a specific grade and term. A Learning Programme must be active for every grade and term to enable marks capture and report cards.

How do I set up a learning programme?
- Click Add Learning Programme.
- Select the grade, curriculum type and year.
- Configure the marking scale, term weights and promotion criteria.
- Activate the programme by setting status to Active.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if no learning programme is active for a grade? Marks capture will not be available for that grade and term. Always ensure programmes are active before the term begins.
Can I copy a learning programme from a previous year? Yes. Use the copy function to duplicate an existing programme and adjust dates and weights as needed.
