How to set up Annual Teams and Managers
The Annual Teams and Managers feature allows you to allocate sport teams for the year and assign team managers to each team.
My School > System > Sport > Annual Teams and Managers
Note: You must first set up your sport houses before you can create annual teams and managers.
Step 1: Choose teams for the year
Make sure the header reads "Step 1: Choose teams for 20xx".
Select the year for the team setup.
Select the teams on the left-hand side and click the arrow button to allocate them.
Click Save to commit your changes.
Step 2: Choose team managers
Click the header titled "Step 2: Choose team managers for 20xx".
Select the year for the team setup.
Select the sport team for which you want to set up managers.
Select the managers on the left-hand side and click Save to allocate them.

Do I need to set up teams every year?
Yes. Annual teams must be allocated each year to ensure the correct teams and managers are active for the current academic year.
Can one manager be assigned to multiple teams?
Yes. A staff member can be assigned as a manager for more than one sport team.
What must I set up before this step?
You must first set up your sport houses and sport teams under My School > System > Sport > Sport Houses before allocating annual teams and managers.
