The system automatically accommodates national public holidays. Holidays assist with statistical reporting on attendance and prevent absences from being accidentally captured on a public holiday. If a national public holiday falls on a Sunday, the system automatically shifts it to Monday.

How do I add a holiday?
Click Load a holiday.
Select the Holiday type: once-off, annual, or school holiday once-off.
Enter the Date and description in both Afrikaans and English.
Select whether Monday is a holiday if the day falls on a Sunday.
Click Add to save.
How do I edit or remove a holiday?
To edit: click the circle next to the holiday, click Edit, make changes, and click Save. To remove: click the dustbin icon or select it and click Remove. Confirm with Yes.
Frequently asked questions
