Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I see records from a previous term?
Records are indexed by Year and Term. To view historical support, manually adjust the Year and Term filters at the top of the screen.
Why can I not log support for a learner?
The learner must have an active profile in the system before support can be logged. Support cannot be backdated to a period before the learner’s official enrolment date. Also, verify that your user role includes 1.3 Learner/Parent Administration rights.
