How to use the Timetabler module

How to use the Timetabler module

The Timetabler module is a stand-alone tool for building school timetables. It imports data from d6+ and lets you set up and refine a timetable without affecting anything in d6+ until you are ready to upload. Once complete, the timetable is uploaded to d6+ to create subject groups and generate timetables per learner, staff member, class, or venue.

What support options are available?

In addition to self-service resources, d6 offers a Timetable Maintenance Plan (monthly fee for 12 months) that includes initial timetable setup and in-year changes when teachers resign. You can also book a consultation to set up your timetable in an online session or at the Pretoria offices, charged at an hourly rate. Contact sales@d6.co.za for more information.
