1. Accessing Workflow Details
Navigate to Workflows from the top menu.
Select the relevant workflow (e.g., "Standard" workflow).
Locate the "Registered Letter Of Demand" action within the workflow's follow-up actions.
Click the "View" button next to the "Registered Letter Of Demand" action to see its history.
2. Viewing Completed Actions
In the "Workflow Details" pop-up, switch from "Scheduled" or "In Progress" to the Completed tab.
This tab lists all accounts that have successfully received the Registered Letter of Demand.
For each recipient, you will see their name, the date the certificate was ready, and a "Download Certificate" link.
3. Downloading the Certificate
Click the Download Certificate link next to the desired recipient's entry.
This certificate serves as proof of delivery for the Registered Letter of Demand.
