Important information

If no data is available for a specific grade, it means that the template formulas have not yet been set up. Set up the formulas at My School > System > Curriculum > Year-end Formulas: Template formulas or Subject-specific formulas.

Schools that submit information to the Department of Education must set up subject-specific formulas to comply with DoE requirements. This means that marks must be captured at least at task level throughout the year.

When certain blocks are greyed out, this indicates that marks have not been captured.

Frequently asked questions

Why are some blocks greyed out?

Greyed-out blocks indicate that marks have not been captured for that specific assessment or learner.

Why does no data appear for my grade?

Must I set up subject-specific formulas?
