How do I read, respond to, and manage enquiries?
Use the filter options at the top of the page to select which enquiries to view: Unread, Unanswered, Answered, or All Enquiries.
Red indicates enquiries that have not yet been read or answered. When you double-click and read an enquiry, it changes to black — indicating it has been read but not yet answered.
Select Unanswered Enquiries for a list of enquiries that need a response. Double-click to open and reply.

Who can send enquiries via d6 Connect?
Parents who use the d6 Connect app can send enquiries directly to the school once the General Enquiries function is enabled in d6 Connect Setup.
How does a staff member know a new enquiry has been sent?
Set up the relevant staff member under Communication rights in their staff profile. They will then receive an email when a new enquiry is submitted.
What does red vs black mean?
Red indicates the enquiry has not been read or answered. Black indicates it has been read but not yet answered. Once answered, it moves to Answered Enquiries.
