How to generate a Birthdays report
The Birthdays report generates a list of learner and/or staff birthdays for a selected period. Ensure all birth dates and ID numbers are fully captured in the system for accurate results.
Reports > Learners > Birthdays
How do I generate a birthday list?
Choose the period over which the birthday list must be generated.
Select the register classes on the left-hand side and click >> to allocate them.
Tick the checkbox to include staff birthdays if needed.
Click Preview to generate the report as a PDF. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the report.
Note: Staff birthdays print on a separate page from learner birthdays.
Frequently asked questions
Why are some learners missing from the birthday list?
Learners without a birth date or ID number captured in the system will not appear on the birthday list. Ensure all learner profiles have their date of birth or ID number fully entered.
Can I generate the birthday list for all grades at once?
Yes. Select all register classes on the left-hand side and click >> to allocate them all before clicking Preview.
Do staff birthdays appear on the same page as learner birthdays?
No. Staff birthday information is printed on a separate page from learner birthdays in the generated report.
