How do I generate the report?
Page Layout: Select Portrait or Landscape orientation. Landscape is recommended if you are including multiple blank columns.
Blank Columns: Select the number of blank columns to include on the right-hand side. Four columns is standard to accommodate data or signatures for all four terms.
Curriculum: Select the relevant curriculum (e.g. CAPS or a school-specific preset).
Grade: Choose the specific grade level.
Subject Selection: Select the required subjects from the left list and move them to the right-hand block using the arrows.
Click Preview to generate the report. Review for accuracy before printing or exporting to PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Why does a subject appear with no assessments listed?
This indicates that Steps 3–6 of the Learning Programme Setup are incomplete for that subject. The report cannot display assessments that have not been structurally linked to a subject.
Why is text being cut off in the report?
Too many blank columns in Portrait mode causes text to be truncated. Switch to Landscape orientation when generating multi-column reports.
