How to generate a Disabilities report
The Disabilities report generates a list of learners with disabilities. It can be viewed by disability type per grade/class, or by grade/class per disability type.
Reports > Learners > Management > Disabilities
How do I generate a Disabilities report?
Select Print for: choose either Register Classes or Grades.
Select Type: choose either Disability by register grade/class or Grade/Register classes per disability.
Select the grades or register classes on the left and click >> to allocate, or << to remove.
Click Preview to generate the report.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the two report types?
Disability by grade/class lists disabilities grouped under each grade or register class. Grade/Register classes per disability groups classes and grades under each type of disability — useful for seeing how many learners with a specific disability are spread across the school.
Where is a learner's disability captured?
Disability information is captured in the learner's profile under their personal details section. Only learners with a disability code on their profile will appear in this report.
Can I generate the report for all grades at once?
Yes. Select all grades or register classes on the left-hand side and click >> to allocate them all before clicking Preview.
