How to generate and manage achievement certificates
Achievement certificates recognise and celebrate learner accomplishments. These certificates can be generated, customised, and distributed to learners upon completion of courses, milestones, or special achievements.
To generate an achievement certificate:
- Click on the Learner or Courses option from the main menu.
- Select the learner or course for which you want to generate a certificate.
- Navigate to the Certificates or Achievements section.
- Click the Generate Certificate button.
- Select the certificate template from the available options.
- Customise the certificate with relevant details (learner name, achievement date, course name, etc.).
- Click Generate to create the certificate.
To download and distribute certificates:
- Navigate to the generated certificate.
- Click the Download button to save the certificate as a PDF.
- You can email the certificate directly to the learner or print it for distribution.
- Alternatively, use the Send to Learner option to automatically email the certificate.
To manage certificate templates:
- Go to Settings or Administration.
- Navigate to the Certificate Templates section.
- You can create new templates, edit existing ones, or delete unused templates.
- Ensure templates include your organisation's branding and relevant achievement details.
Note: Certificate generation and management typically require administrator privileges. Ensure you have the necessary permissions before proceeding.
