How to manage achievement types in d6

Achievement types indicate the physical items a learner receives at the awards ceremony, such as medals, trophies, bursaries, badges, and certificates.

My School > Achievements > Databases > Achievement Types

How do I add a new achievement type?

  1. Click the Create New button.

  2. Enter the achievement type name in Afrikaans and English.

  3. Select the status: Active, Inactive (to reactivate later), or Deleted.

  4. Click Save.

How do I edit an existing achievement type?

  1. Double-click the achievement type to be changed.

  2. Make the necessary changes and click Save.

Frequently asked questions

Must I enter the name in both languages?

Yes, the achievement type name must be entered in both Afrikaans and English.

What is the difference between Inactive and Deleted?

Inactive keeps the achievement type on the list so it can be reactivated later. Deleted removes it permanently from the system.
