Which learners appear on the report?
Only learners who are in Grade R class and who have been marked in the system as Grade 1 candidates will appear on the report. Ensure the learner's grade and migration status are correctly updated in their learner profile.
When should I generate this report?
Generate the report at the end of the academic year after the Grade R/1 migration process is complete, before or during the year-end submission process to the DOE.
