How do I view the school calendar?
Navigate to My School > System > General > Calendars to see a combined view of all terms, public holidays and school events.
How do I add an event to the calendar?
- Click Add Event.
- Enter the event name, date and duration.
- Select the grades or register classes it applies to.
- Click Save.
Frequently asked questions
Do calendar events affect attendance? Events are informational and do not automatically mark learners absent. Use the Holidays function for dates that should be excluded from attendance calculations.
