How do I manage the school calendar?

  1. Navigate to My School > System > General > School Calendar.
  2. Select the academic year.
  3. Add or edit term dates, school holidays and school events.
  4. Public holidays are pre-loaded for South Africa and can be adjusted if needed.
  5. Click Save after making changes.

Frequently asked questions

Do calendar events affect attendance calculations? Yes. Days marked as school holidays or non-school days are excluded from attendance and leave calculations for that period.
