How to view and distribute learner timetables

The Learner Timetables module allows staff to view, print, and electronically distribute individual schedules to learners and parents. A completed timetable must have been uploaded via the Timetabler module first.

How do I view and distribute learner timetables?

  1. Select the academic year and term.
  2. Search for or select the learner(s).
  3. Click Preview to view the timetable as a PDF.
  4. To email timetables, select the learners and click Email. Timetables are sent to the parent's email address on record.

Frequently asked questions

What if a learner's timetable is blank? The learner has not been assigned to subject groups. Check subject group assignment in the curriculum setup.

Can I print timetables for the whole class? Yes. Select the register class from the group filters and print all at once.
