How do I view SMS feedback?
- Navigate to My Home > My SMS.
- Select the message you sent.
- Click on it to expand the delivery report.
- Each recipient row shows the delivery status: Delivered, Failed, or Pending.

What does a Failed status mean? The message could not be delivered. Common causes are an invalid cell number, a number that is not reachable, or insufficient SMS credits.
Can I resend a failed SMS? Yes. Select the failed recipients and click Resend.
