How to view SMS feedback in My SMS

The My SMS screen shows a list of all SMS messages you have sent in the selected year, along with any replies received from parents.

My School > Communication > SMS > My SMS

What information does My SMS display?

  • All SMS messages sent to Parents, Staff, Channels or own numbers in the selected year.

  • The date and time the SMS was sent and the staff member who sent it.

  • The language (Afrikaans or English) in which the message was sent.

  • The Sent to column shows how many recipients received the SMS.

  • The Replies column shows any replies received from parents.

Click on any entry to view the full message and its replies. The current year is set as the default.

Frequently asked questions

Can I view SMS messages from previous years?

Yes. Change the selected year on the My SMS screen to view messages sent in prior years.
