How to generate a groups report for communication channels

The Groups Report generates a membership list for communication groups set up under My School > Communication > Communication Channels.

Reports > Learners > Management: Groups Report

How do I generate a groups report?

  1. Move the groups you want to report on from the left-hand list to the right-hand side.

  2. Click Preview to generate the PDF report.

Frequently asked questions

Can I generate a report for multiple groups at once?

Yes. Move all required groups to the right-hand side before clicking Preview.

Why is a group not appearing in the list?

Only groups created under My School > System > Communication Setup: Communication Groups will appear. Verify that the group has been created and is active.
