My SMS

This function allows you to view all SMS messages sent by a specific user from the system, as well as replies and feedback from parents. Each user can only view their own SMS messages.

My School > Communication > SMS > My SMS

How do I view sent SMS messages and replies?

  1. Go to My School > Communication > SMS > My SMS. A list of all SMS messages you have sent is generated.

  2. Click on an item in the list to view the replies or feedback.

The list shows SMS messages sent to Parents, Staff, channels or your own number, the date and time, the staff member who sent it, the language used, and any replies from parents.

Frequently asked questions

Can I view other users' SMS messages?

No. Each user can only see their own SMS messages in this view.

Can I view a reply from a parent via this screen?

Yes. Click on the relevant SMS in the list to see the full message history, including any replies sent back by the parent.
