Family accounts group learners who share the same household. Proper family linking prevents duplicate parent profiles, ensures unified billing, and simplifies account management for schools with siblings enrolled.
During Step 1 of enrolment, select New Family if no siblings from this household are currently enrolled.
A new family code will be generated automatically.
During Step 1, select Existing Family and search by family code or sibling name.
Linking ensures the new learner shares a unified billing account with their siblings.
Family Codes are locked after saving to protect historical financial records.
To change a family code, use the Re-admit or Transfer workflow from the Learner Overview screen.
