Marks Statistics

The Marks Statistics report provides a high-level analytical overview of academic performance per subject and grade. It is used by school management and Heads of Department to monitor academic standards and identify risk areas.

Reports > Learners > Marks and Achievements: Marks Statistics

How do I generate the Marks Statistics report?

  1. Select the Year and For Marks: Percentage or Scale point (Level).

  2. Select the Term.

  3. Select the Display depth: Summary or Detail (with options to include Top 10 Achievers and Missing Marks).

  4. Move the relevant Grade(s) from the left to the right.

  5. Click Generate Report.

Frequently asked questions

Why are statistics missing for a specific assessment type?

The subject may not be configured with that assessment type in the Learning Programme. Verify at My School > System > Curriculum > Learning Programme Setup: Learning Programmes.

How do uncaptured marks affect averages?

Uncaptured marks are counted as 0 unless the learner is marked as Absent (a). Use the Missing Marks option to identify such cases.
