The My Projects module allows project managers to get a quick overview of all their projects, including balances and payment status per learner where learners are linked. Users will only see projects assigned to their user profile.

How to use My Projects
Click the status dropdown and select Active or Closed to filter the project list.
All assigned projects display with the following: project number, project manager name, start date, end date, allocated amount, and current balance.
Click the balance hyperlink to generate a PDF report listing all transactions on the project to date.
If learners are linked to the project, click the “Who has paid” link to generate a learner payment report.
Use the search block to find a project by name or project manager.
You can export the project list to Excel. Note that hyperlinks will not be functional in the exported file.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see all projects?
My Projects only displays projects assigned to your user profile. Contact your System Administrator if a project you manage is not visible.
Why don't the hyperlinks work in the Excel export?
The Excel export is a flat data export and does not support clickable links. Use the on-screen view to access PDF balance and payment reports.
How do I close a project that has passed its end date?
Navigate to Finance > Projects > Projects to close projects that have exceeded their expected closing date.
