How to set up register classes in d6, which are the homeroom or form classes that learners are assigned to for attendance and administrative purposes.

My School > System > Curriculum > Register Classes

How do I set up a register class?

  1. Navigate to My School > System > Curriculum > Register Classes.
  2. Click Add Class.
  3. Enter the class name and select the grade.
  4. Assign the class teacher.
  5. Click Save.

How do I assign learners to a register class?

Navigate to each learner's profile and update their Class field, or use the bulk class assignment tool under Register Classes to move multiple learners at once.

Frequently asked questions

Can a learner be in more than one register class? No. Each learner belongs to exactly one register class.
