Teacher timetables show the classroom schedules for each teacher. You can view and print the timetables per term.

Teacher timetables are generated from uploaded timetable data in the timetable construction module.

How do I view teacher timetables?

1. Select the year and term of the uploaded timetable.

2. Click on the relevant classroom to display.

3. The teacher's timetable for that classroom is displayed.

Can I export timetables?

Yes, the Excel export function is available. Note that it will only export a list of classrooms, not the completed timetables.

1. Excel export: Exports the classroom list without the detailed timetable data.

2. Print function: Print individual timetables directly from the view panel.

Frequently asked questions

Why can I not view my timetable?

Ensure that the timetable has been uploaded via the Timetable module. If it has not been uploaded, it will not be available in the timetable module.

How does the year and term selection work?

Select the academic year and term for which you want to view the timetable. Only uploaded timetables for that period will be available.

Can I print multiple timetables at the same time?

Printing is done per classroom. Select each classroom individually and print the timetable, or use the Excel export for a classroom list.
